7 THINGS YOU SHOULD NEVER DO TO YOUR SKIN


1. SMOKE 🚫

Smoking accelerates the aging process. It generates free radicals, which are unstable molecules that damage DNA cells and cause premature aging. Just one puff from smoking a cigarette will produce a trillion of them! 

It reduces the amount of vitamin A in the body. This is bad because vitamin A protects the skin from damage and fights premature wrinkles. Smoking causes your skin to become dry and dehydrated

 

2. STRESS OUT 🚫
