There are so many amazing ways that you can use apple cider vinegar and one of my favourites is to add it in my bath tub! Adding 1-2 cups of raw, organic, unprocessed apple cider vinegar to a warm bath creates a rejuvenating experience that also provides health benefits to your skin.

• A bath of apple cider vinegar can aid in redness reduction and can minimize inflammation. Soak in a bath with apple cider vinegar for immediate relief.
